This Privacy Policy and Compliance Disclosure explains how Static Services collects, uses, shares, and protects information, and outlines our regulatory and compliance posture.

2. Platform Role

Static Services is a technology enablement and onboarding platform. Static Services does not process payments, hold funds, or provide settlement services. Payment services are provided by Finix Payments, Inc. and its sponsoring financial institutions.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect business contact information, onboarding and identity verification data, device and connectivity information, platform usage data, and support communications.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Static Services uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the platform, authenticate sessions, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve services. These include essential cookies required for core functionality and analytics cookies used to understand platform performance. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit platform functionality. Third-party service providers may set cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

5. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide platform access, support onboarding, facilitate compliance, improve services, communicate notices, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Data Sharing

Static Services may share information with Finix Payments, Inc., sponsoring banks, processors, compliance partners, service providers, and regulatory authorities as required.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy, as set out in Section 7.

7. SMS Communications and Opt-In Consent

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in through onboarding forms, the platform, or by texting a keyword, you consent to receive SMS messages from Static Services relating to onboarding, identity verification, account activity, compliance notices, and support. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Payment Data

Static Services does not store full card numbers, CVV data, or sensitive authentication data. Payment-related data is handled by Finix in accordance with its Privacy Policy and PCI DSS obligations.

9. Data Security

Static Services implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure.

10. Regulatory Compliance

Users are responsible for compliance with Applicable Law, Payment Network Rules, PCI DSS, tax obligations, and consumer protection laws.

11. Sub-Merchant Responsibilities

Sub-merchants are independent businesses responsible for pricing, inventory, refunds, disputes, and customer communications.

12. Electronic Notices

Static Services may provide compliance, pricing, and operational notices electronically through the platform or email.

13. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal, or regulatory purposes.

14. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of data, subject to legal and regulatory limitations.

15. Updates to This Policy

Static Services may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
