Static Services is a technology enablement and onboarding platform. Static Services does not process payments, hold funds, or provide settlement services. Payment services are provided by Finix Payments, Inc. and its sponsoring financial institutions.

We may collect business contact information, onboarding and identity verification data, device and connectivity information, platform usage data, and support communications.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide platform access, support onboarding, facilitate compliance, improve services, communicate notices, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Static Services does not store full card numbers, CVV data, or sensitive authentication data. Payment-related data is handled by Finix in accordance with its Privacy Policy and PCI DSS obligations.
